The Pizza Republic Pick + Mix by Giuseppe Genco

Dear pizza lovers in town. We have a new place to hang out to. We know we love our pizza cooked the traditional way right, the-brick-oven-way.  Oh, that's not the bonus yet, what makes it exciting is that we choose our toppings. And the real deal is, it's only for Php 245. Yes we are paying for the pizza and not the ambiance.  With a modern touch, I think it's cool. It's spacious, great lights, functional AC, great wall art.

Have you heard of "Pizza Republic Pick + Mix by Giuseppe Genco"? (click here for Facebook) Located in Salinas Drive Lahug, they are on their soft opening. Business hours is from 11:00AM and closes at 10:00PM.

It has a long counter with all the ingredients.  All you have to do is pick-and-mix.  Like in a production line it has steps:

1. This guy prepares the dough.

2. Olive oil as base.

3. A choice of red sauce and/or white sauce.

4. The cheese. Mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, Parmesan, goat cheese and Gorgonzola.

5.  The meat. Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon, Salami, Hungarian and more

6.  And more meat please...

7. The veggies. caramelized onions, tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, olives, the mushrooms.

Ok, we have to pause for the mandatory picture. hahaha

8. The last part before you will pay for the bill are the herbs and spices for flavors and some final sauce for taste.
